Social accounts for 14–17 get quiet mode, two-hour daily caps, and defaults that kill infinite scroll and autoplay unless a parent flips them. Chatbots get barred from sexual content, companionship simulation, or claiming to be human. Adult operators already living under Florida’s existing verification rules see no new direct paperwork yet, but the OS-level push is the model several platforms have quietly preferred over site-by-site ID checks.
