ModelPlug officially launches today as the multi-platform posting tool adult creators have been waiting for. Upload once and push to OnlyFans, Fansly, Clips4Sale, YourVids, APClips, and BentBox from a single form. It includes a content calendar for scheduling a full month in one sitting, a Workshop editor for watermarks/trailers/clips, and a library importer so existing content starts earning on day one. Flat $39.99/month with no percentage cut. Founder Cody Stokes and PAYSITE’s Kenny B built it specifically because creators waste hours re-uploading the same material across sites. If it works as advertised, the “I only post on one platform” excuse just got weaker. Source

England and Wales lock in new “extreme” content offenses starting November 6. Possessing or publishing porn that depicts non-fatal strangulation/suffocation, penetrative sex between certain relatives (or people pretending to be related), or adults role-playing as under-16 becomes criminal. Publication carries up to five years; possession of the under-16 role-play material up to three years, and strangulation/incest material up to two. The Ministry of Justice told people to permanently delete existing copies before the date. Non-consensual strangulation was already illegal in real life; the depiction online was not. This is the latest layer of Online Safety Act pressure hitting content that previously sat in a gray zone. Source

French regulator Arcom opened an investigation into creator platform Mym over suspected breaches of the EU Digital Services Act and France’s SREN rules. The agency sent a formal information demand on October 14 after a preliminary review flagged concerns about age-assurance procedures for minors and transparency requirements (incomplete terms of service and insufficient disclosure on recommendation systems). Mym has 15 days to respond or face sanctions. The platform, operated by a French company and focused on exclusive/erotic subscription content, is the latest domestic target after Arcom’s broader campaign against adult sites. Source

HandSome, the on-chain Japanese Adult Video distribution platform from Fukuoka firm Fidem, went live in open beta. Founded by former JAV performer-turned-coder Ami Kasai along with Genji Moribayashi, Riku Mukai, and Ai Uehara, it uses blockchain for immutable ownership records, consent/contract tracking, and a simplified right-to-be-forgotten process. Creators get 70–80% of sales revenue. Current access is limited to Japanese IP addresses, with global rollout and crypto/stablecoin payments planned later. It is positioned as infrastructure built by and for creators rather than traditional studios. Source

A federal judge’s September 24 preliminary injunction continues to block Utah’s “actual-location” / VPN provision in its age-verification law. The rule would have treated anyone physically inside Utah as a Utah user even if they used a VPN or proxy, forcing sites into near-perfect geolocation or universal age checks. Judge David Barlow found it likely violates the dormant Commerce Clause because perfect geolocation does not exist. The rest of Utah’s age-verification statute still stands, and the parties later agreed to pause the broader case while the legislature considers amendments. Adult sites remain required to age-verify apparent Utah traffic. Source

FSC continues highlighting that adult creators are still getting debanked. Performers including Alix Lynx (Chase) and Cherie DeVille (Bank of America) publicly described sudden account closures with vague “activity” or policy explanations. This persists despite the 2025 fair-banking executive order and earlier OCC findings that named adult entertainment among sectors facing discrimination. A newer OCC report on large banks’ debanking practices focused on other industries and omitted adult entertainment entirely. Independents remain the most exposed; secondary accounts, higher-cost processors, and constant low-level risk are the practical tax. Source

One number: 70–80% — the revenue share HandSome says it returns to creators on its blockchain-backed JAV platform.
