France blinked. On October 7 the National Assembly rewrote Article 25 of Bill 3106, the clause that would have treated paid cam shows, custom clips, and the platforms that carry them as prostitution. The old draft would have tagged tippers as johns and OnlyFans-style sites, including French rival MYM, as pimps. The compromise the Assembly actually passed draws the line at exploitation: coercion, threats, abuse of vulnerability, or sex without freely given consent. That offense can mean up to seven years and €150,000. Knowingly pulling explicit material tied to that exploitation can mean three years and €45,000. Consensual remote work is not the target. The bill is not law yet. If you sell customs or stream into France, watch the Senate, not the victory lap. Source

LiveJasmin just got the invoice for a sloppy gate. Luxembourg’s media regulator, ALIA, fined parent companies JWS Americas and JWS International €25,000, about $28,000, for age-verification failures under the Electronic Media Law and the EU Digital Services Act. A parent complained that a son reached the cam site with no account and no subscription. ALIA said enforcement was inconsistent for users hitting the platform from Luxembourg and other EU IPs. This is not a first swing. The file has been open since August 2025, and Docler Holding, György Gattyán’s group, is the name on the building. Twenty-five thousand euros will not move a cam giant. The complaint path will. One angry parent and a regulator that already has your file is the whole model. Source

Britain still has not flipped the switch on choking porn, and the ministry just said the wait is measured in weeks, not years. The Crime and Policing Bill, passed in April, makes possessing pornographic images of strangulation or suffocation a priority offense under the Online Safety Act: up to two years for possession, up to five for publication. Enforcement has been parked pending a start date. Justice minister Lord Lemos told Baroness Gabrielle Bertin the government is aiming to commence the offenses this autumn, before year’s end, and will say so in public when the date locks. Ofcom is waiting on criteria. Nobody has published what counts as a depiction, who investigates, or whether a hands-on-neck acting beat in a consented scene is the same file as a harm clip. Studios and clip sellers shipping UK traffic should assume the cut line arrives before Christmas and that “we will know it when we see it” is the current guidance. Source

AdultHTML, the Vilnius shop that builds adult sites, put developers on a monthly tab. Announced October 8 by Rick Thomas, the subscription sits next to project quotes and dedicated teams: set hours, no long contract, subscriber tickets jump the queue, and you can reshuffle the list when the paysite breaks. Pricing is monthly and printed. This is the unsexy half of creator infrastructure. When age-check vendors, payout pages, and storefronts all change in the same quarter, the studio that can buy a block of dev hours without a fresh proposal wins the week. Independents still doing it in a page builder are the ones who will feel the next statute first. Source

Google opened a public SynthID checker, and it is the first adult-adjacent AI tool this week that is not a nudify app. SynthID.com reads invisible watermarks in images, video, and audio from Google’s own models and from partners including OpenAI and Nvidia, with Apple listed as coming. Gemini alone has stamped the mark on more than 180 billion images and videos. It will not catch every fake. Unwatermarked clones, screen recordings, and models outside the pact still sail through. For creators fielding stolen-face clips and “is this me” DMs, it is a free first pass before you pay a takedown desk. A clean result is not a clearance. A hit is a receipt. Source

Free Speech Coalition’s board clock hits a wall today. The calendar the coalition already published still has membership cutoff on October 9, nominations opening November 9 and closing November 23, and voting December 9–16 for two-year terms covering 2027–28. Directors are the people who fund the age-verification suits and the debanking file while states keep stacking statutes. If you meant to be in the room that picks them, today is the cutoff they printed, not a new announcement. After that you can still watch. You do not get a ballot. Source

Talent desk, lighter than yesterday. XMA winner Lilly Bell leads Digital Playground’s new scene “The Hostages” with Gypsy Rose and Logan Xander, posted October 8. Same day, TeamSkeet put Juliana Marie and Hope Fontaine in the latest “Brat Tamer.” Neither drop changes your payout settings. Both are what fans are clicking while you argue with a processor. If you book girl/girl or brat traffic, the titles are live. If you do not, scroll past. Source

One number: €25,000 — the ALIA fine on LiveJasmin’s parents for age-check failures. The French exploitation ceiling next door is €150,000 and seven years. The invoice is the number that already cleared. The statute is the one still moving.

BootyThursday Issue #52 closed last night. Part 3 is dock boards, shower tile, red lace, a cape that will not stay down, and a cream string that already gave up — twelve stills on hotgirlindex.com. Part 1 is still up if you missed the creek rock and the orange chair. @hotgirlindex is taking submissions for the next drop. Same daily curation, zero filter.
