Morning Heat Oct 22: Arcom Probes MYM, UK Extreme Content Ban Starts Nov 6

France’s Arcom just put the French creator platform MYM under a formal microscope. After an initial look, the regulator suspects the site is falling short on age-verification procedures and on basic transparency duties under the SREN law and the EU’s Digital Services Act—incomplete terms of use and thin information about how recommendation systems actually work. MYM, run by Air Medias and described by Arcom as a social network for exclusive, mostly erotic or sexual content, got a demand for information on October 14. It has 15 days to answer or risk sanctions. French-based platforms do not get the same home-country buffer that bigger EU tubes sometimes lean on. Creator platforms that still treat age gates as optional paperwork are collecting real deadlines. Source

England and Wales start enforcing the new extreme-content rules on November 6. Possession or publication of porn that shows non-fatal strangulation or suffocation, penetrative sex between people a reasonable viewer would think are related, or adults portraying characters under 16 becomes a criminal offense. Publishing can draw up to five years; possession of the strangulation material up to two, and the under-16 role-play material up to three. The Ministry of Justice told people holding the material to delete it before the date. Justice minister Alex Davies-Jones framed it as stopping content that normalizes violence against women, not as a blanket ban on kinks. Platforms that host UK traffic now have a short clock on certain fetish categories that used to live in the gray. Source

Clips.com just opened the audio-only door. Creators can upload a recording, set a price, and use the built-in preview editor so buyers hear exactly what they choose before they pay. The full file sells in the same store as the video clips. Owner Neil called it another way to earn without needing to shoot video. The feature started from a request by Dr. Lovejoy (@FemdomTherapy), who already reported a first sale within 48 hours. Voice-first creators and people who already sell custom audio on other platforms now have a clean clip-store lane that does not force a video wrapper. Source

Sportsheets and Kink.com both just won WIPO domain cases against copycat sites. Sportsheets (Intora) took sportsheets.net after a U.S. registrant used a confusingly similar domain, copied the look and feel, and pointed traffic toward Amazon and other retailers. Kink.com (Cybernet Entertainment) won against thebdsmkink.com for the same pattern—logo, About Us text, and product overlap. In both cases the registrants never answered and the panels found bad-faith registration to trade on the real brands. Adult novelty and fetish brands keep getting the same cheap domain squatting treatment; these two at least got the domains ordered back. Source

The Playhaus Network launched its podcast platform through PAYSITE. The crew (Dwight, Lav, Daz, Pryce, Biinkz) previously built a following as Dirty Street Confessions, got deplatformed, and lost the income overnight. PAYSITE is giving them a dedicated home that mixes SFW and NSFW shows, starting with The Parental Advisory Show, and is treating adult podcasters and livestreamers as part of the creator set it already knows how to support. After years of mainstream platforms dropping adult voices without notice, a high-risk-friendly backend is at least one concrete landing spot. Source

JustFor.fans rolled JFF Create out to Android and updated the existing iPhone version. The app lets models handle messages, posts, uploads, and earnings from the phone. Founder Dominic Ford noted that creators already run their businesses from mobile and that Android access was overdue. The Android build is available through the JustFor.fans site; the iPhone app stays in the App Store. Another platform that already had a solid mobile creator tool just stopped treating Android users as second-class. Source

Ofcom’s Joe W., a Supervision Principal who has been engaging the adult industry on Online Safety Act compliance since 2023, sat down on Adult Site Broker Talk. The episode covers highly effective age assurance, the “Vet Your Vendor” guidance for choosing age-check providers, and what the regulator actually expects from site operators. UK-facing platforms that still treat Ofcom conversations as optional now have a longer, public version of the same conversation on the record. Source

One number: 15 — days MYM has to answer Arcom’s information demand or face sanctions.

Weekly Flash just posted Primrose41 (@Primrose1441) treating trails, docks, and the front seat of a car the same way. Hailey Rose (@HaileyRoseFucks) is teasing the biggest gangbang of her entire career and telling people the full rollout is coming in pieces.
